Stuffed Squid


For frying
Egg 1
Chilly powder 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

For stuffing:
Squid 10 Numbers
Turmeric powder
Chilly powder
Fennel powder
Onion 2
Green Chilly 4
Coconut 1/4 -1/2 cup
Coriander leaves as preferred
Curry leaves 1 string

Method:
First we need to remove the head , mince the head and 2 more squids and keep it aside.
Mix the powders mentioned in the stuffing section and fry the squids.

Heat oil in a kadai add the rest of the ingredients mentioned in stuffing section one by one string for a minute in between.Then add the fried squid to the mixture.Filling is ready.

Now stuff the fillings into the squids and Insert tooth picks so that the filling won't come out while frying.

In a bowl mix the ingredients mentioned in frying section , Dip the squids one by one in the mixture and keep it aside for an hour.

After one hour heat oil, and fry by covering the pan.
