Ghee Mysore Pak

Things Needed:
Basen/Gram four-1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Water1/4 cup
ghee 1/2 cup
Oil 1 cup

Method:
Dry roast basen flour till its raw smell goes,it will take 5 minutes maximum.Once done,sieve flour and keep aside.

Grease the pan ,Now melt 1/2 cup ghee,mix1 cup oil with it (Keep 1/2 cup of rheses ghee oil mixture for final stage) and add gram flour part by part by mixing in between,and keep aside.

Now in a pan add sugar and water , let it boil tell it becomes one string consistency.Add the mixture slowly by stirring condinously.Now add 1/2 cup of ghee + oil , 2 tablespoon at a time and wait till the mixture starts to seperate from pan

Add the mixture immediately to greased pan ,After 5 minutes cut it into desired shape.Serve when cools completely.
