Chicken Bread
Things Needed:
For Dough-
Flour/Maida 2 cup
Yeast 1 tea spoon
salt t tea spoon
Sugar 1 tea spoon
egg 1
water
For Filling-
Chicken cooked and shredded 11/2 cup
Flour/Maida 2 table spoon
Salt 1 tea spoon
Black pepper powder 1 tea spoon
Milk 1 cup
Onion 1 big chopped
Ginger garlic paste or grind 11/2 tea spoon
Coriander Leaves
Green Chilly 2 chopped
Garam Masala powder 1teaspoon
Oil 3 Table spoon
Method:
In a bowl put the items mentioned for making dough, add ingredients one by one by mixing in between,pour water part by part so that we can get a soft dough.Rest it for 4 hours

For filling heat oil in a pan add Ginger garlic paste and onion saute til onion becomes translucent , add green chilly saute well then add maida, salt and milk once boil,add all powders and chicken.Cook till it becomes a thick mixture.

Divide the dough into 2 or 3 parts depending on your preference i the size of your bread .Roll the dough in to rectangular shape and then cut the sides with knife,now center the dough with the filling.Now fold the sides like braid,you may see the filing ,its OK. Then apply egg on the top and put sesame seeds .Bake for 25 to 30 minutes on 250 degree c.

Once baked apply some butter and cover it with cloth and rest it for 3 minutes, this will make your chicken bread soft.
